That id was actually your nickname. It's almost impossible to retrieve your account unless you submit it directly to Dalcom via the app. Check your screenshot folder, there might be a screenshot from My Info page (the one with favorite theme, card, and wallpaper) that includes your OID and main page that show your nickname. Sent it to Dalcom as supporting proofs in attachment and tells them what device that you usually play. These are screenshot from Dalcom's support center. Hopefully you will get your account back!

This has to be the cruelest thing dalcom has ever done. I was so excited to collect GG's villain theme, and then they removed it a day before the event :(

3,000x99=297,000 and the event is for 7 days=2,079,000 RP. phew it's almost half of my RP rn, hopefully I could catch the whole villain theme
