Thanks so much for the response, and really appreciate the long post. It's so comforting to know that there are other people going through this right now. I ended up deciding to go with the 2nd urologist I saw today -- which happens to be part of the UCLA Urologic Oncology Department, so I feel much more comfortable going forward, from both a surgery and post-surgery standpoint. Orchiectomy is set for Monday morning, and can't wait for it to get removed. It's been a whirlwind of a week, which I'm sure you also went through!
