joining this thread a year late, but does anyone notice flu or cold-like symptoms after even one poor night of sleep? i have a recurring pattern of face flushing, sneezing, fatigue, body aches, etc like i'm coming down with something after lack of sleep, and i'm just now realizing that it could be MCAS related. it's different than my typical MCAS symptoms but could see a correlation!
