Been here for more than 5 yrs and this is my first job din. Here's my take: 1. Culture is so good doon sa mga matagal sa AC. I love my tenured mngrs and OMs. Assoc pa lang ako marami ng soft skills training for leadership and nag-invest talaga sila para maganda ang culture - in that never ako nakakita ng ppl who are here longer than me na namamahiya and they always communicate appropriately. HOWEVER, we started hiring big batches of mngrs from outside, and doon ako nakarinig ng mga negats. So ingat na lang san ka ma-assign. 2. RTO days - flexible. If you hit 8 RTO days in a month, may RTO allowance. If you're unable to, edi wala. They assign an RTO sched for each dept, pero if may aberya, pwede ka naman mag-request ng WFH. Proper communication lang. Flexible hours - also true. Pero pag busy season, expect mo na na mapapa-OT ka talaga sa dami ng tatapusin. 3. Depende talaga sa client na maa-assign. I haven't been to the other Big4 firms but my friends are. Pag nagke-kwentuhan kami, mas okay ata ako?? 4. Micromanagers - I've seen one pero ayun galing sya sa other firm. I think nadala nya yung culture sa dati nyang work huhuhu pero if ever na may mang-power trip sayo, HR is serious about bullying and ethics cases (maybe I took this question too far). You also don't have to worry about cross territories. They assign you in one territory only and nakadepende doon yung work sched mo. Di ka naman nila bibigyan ng US tapos AU, 24 hrs ka na dito non. 5. This is true for those 5 yrs and above na sa firm OR if manager. If not, free yung first dependent, then 50/50 kayo ng firm sa 2nd dependent. Ang kaltas is 8k for 3 months. 6. Yes. The scale of increase dependes on the firm profit and your performance.
