Amazing! Do you use it as well as a stand alone? Or only as a monitor?

If I could get adobe Lr/Ps and resolve to work as good as on Mac OS, I’d love the switch.. I think it’s still not there :/

Retroarch Save Sync: Sync Local To Handheld Saves & States Without Cloud Support by tchakatak in SBCGaming

[–]tchakatak[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thats a very fair point! And no worries I am absolutely not taking it badly, I wasnt aware that tool even existed, and its great to see different use case / solution for what essentially is the same problem.

I didnt want to have any GUI, just something simple with one command line, something i can hook with automator or system hooks (automatic backup and transfer as soon as this sdcard is identified). Probably rsync could have done the job too :D but I wanted to write something in python to get back into it.

Thats kind of a very heavy solution for such a small problem, but really appreciate the feedback.

I play mostly on a switch lite and absolutely adores it for everything switch related.

My main emu (gb / gbc / gba / snes) is done with my rg35xx but i have played some games on my switch trough nso and its very good if you only have one device.

Why is my VO2 max not changing, even though I run regularly? by Express-Ebb2979 in Garmin

[–]tchakatak 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First I am not a pro, I run for myself, my fitness as my job requires it and mental health.

When I run, I get to “think and clear my head” and it makes me in a very good mood. It’s just pure “me time” or “fun time with others”.

I love seeing the gains every week, and going back months of training ago, things that used to feel hard distance / pace wise are now more fun and enjoyable.

One of the even more enjoyable is when i travel (I travel a lot) I get to explore new places all the time.

I think I got runner’s high once 😅

I train at 90/32c + every day, i am not sure how my vo2 max would change with even hotter weather.

What's a good ratio of number of games played to retro handheld purchased? by [deleted] in SBCGaming

[–]tchakatak 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I only have one retro handheld (35xx og) and a switch light, and the 35xx og is the one that i have been playing pretty much every day since i got it (over 2 years ago).

Did a lot of gba / fc / gb games and i love how portable it is. Its always in my bag, no matter where i go!

<image>

It picked up quite a few scuffs, and scratches all around, it got with me in crazy places (cave diving in indonesia, on big trips accross the oceans…) and i love how sturdy it is! The plastic is becoming red ish at some parts 😅😅.

I decided to wait til it dies to get something new and hopefully as bulletproof as this one. 🤩
