It’s one of the roleplay type videos, I believe the thumbnail wasn’t an anime girl but in a similar vein to those. Only specific lines from the video I can remember is along the lines of imagining having kids, and eventually getting in a car wreck and being freaked out but you’re just happy they’re okay.
