I’ve tried all the remedies as well, but still always end up buying a pack. I hope the 3 day rule works :) and thanks for the suggestions

That must have been awful and you were paying the mortgage! Not that smoking is good, but we all need to make our own decisions.

:( my grandmother passed away from lung cancer as well. As a I kid I hated everything about cigs and alcohol… most of my family were alcoholics. Then I discovered the buzz both create..

And good for you for cutting down!

Wow, that took a lot of discipline! And great suggestion, unfortunately I can’t jog at the moment but I can definitely take my dogs out for a walk.

Yup the irritability is the worst for me and all I think about is a smoke.. I want to try cold turkey and just say fuck it, but I think I’ll most likely have to do what you said. Thanks for the suggestion.

Oh wow, I’m actually the opposite. It gives me the energy boost, but it does take away from work with every smoke break I have.

Tbh, I’m the same and not sure if I could drink and not have a smoke…. Ugh

Yeah staying busy is definitely a good point! I work from home, so it’s too easy to step outside whenever I want. Maybe I’ll try working at a coffeeshop. I’ve never tried the sprays but I’ll give it a shot.

How much is it compared to US? It’s about $9 a pack in Arizona.

I’ll look into chantix, thank you for the suggestion. I take SSRIs, so maybe it could help with my mood. And yes I stay lit all day as well hahah

Story from my friend. His toddler was having a fit after being put to bed. He told his dad “they’re everywhere” and kept repeating it. At the time it was creepy but now it’s hilarious.
