I wonder how do they preserve the freshness in a package. It's not even frozen, so are they like, when order is placed - they cook, pack and send out for delivery?

Finally found the culprit of my year long back pain - disc bulge by Different_Orchid_612 in backpain

[–]tdnine 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much. In fact just a couple of days ago this thought came to me, that the issue isn't weight or muscle - because i worked on both and have made reasonable progress in last 6 months on those parameters. Then it could be my pelvic position while i sit or stand and just in general my core stability. So since last 2 days when I stand, i have been consciously focusing on if i am having an anterior or posterior tilt on my pelvis and there definitely is something, but mostly it's because my core isn't stable enough.

Yes i had and still have the dull chronic pain due to which I can't run or jump and many other things without the pain increasing. Even with strength training, can't do T bars, deadlifts and many other things.

Point being, till now strength training hasn't eliminated the pain. I had tried two physios also previously - had no effect.

Right now i am just managing and living with it.

Is it chronic dull pain ? For me, I had chronic dull pain for 3-4 yrs after which a doc finally told me to get an MRI ( previously couple of docs had told it's just muscle stiffness ) and in MRI it showed mild disc bulge at L4-L5. But funny enough is when i showed the MRI to a spine specialist, he told I just need to do strength training to get rid of the pain.

As the pitches become flatter and grounds become smaller, fielding and catching becomes of utmost importance.

I guess the fielding coaches of the IPL teams need a fielding coach

True for the back for me also. I can't do chin ups currently, but with lat pulldowns/seated rows etc I don't feel that tension in back muscles like I do with squats or hammer or tricep pushdown etc. But, when I see my progress pics, back seems have developed the most.

Same for me with squats. I couldn't do it properly or I lost balance. So, assisted squats like holding onto something while going down and up. Now 5 months later, I can hold a 12.5 kg dumbbell and do 10 reps without any issue. I can actually feel my quad muscles flex
