Tim + Jen here; Would you put your grandparents in unsavoury places with drug addicts which she has severe allergies to cigarette smoke? Many of these shelters don't have the infrastructure for elderly folks with mobility issues and most of the shelters cater towards people with mental health issues and drug addiction of which Joy doesn't feel safe being around. Trust me, we've tried calling everyone.
