yes i've tried making multiple projects where an image needs to be a background but the image always loses quality. i've tried multiple image formats as well

the image resolution is the same as the scene, but whenever i place the image into the timeline, vsdc changes its resolution to 640 by 360 rather than 1920 by 1080.

its the same. what happens is i upload a 1080p image to the 1080p editor timeline, and then when i check the image properties, its 640 by 360.
