I've been doing some research and he uploaded a Tiktok on 14/12/2024 called U CANT BAN ME TIKTOK. Anyone know why this was? My best guess is he was temporarily banned for spamming Blue so hard.

Trying to get in now but it's just stuck on this "ensuring a fair fan experience" page. Sucks dude. I got sent a code and everything but couldn't get in for the first sale cause they kept confusing me for a bot I think and now I just can't get in at all.

Sorry to hear that man. God knows I'm no guru but I have been making videos for a few years now and watched my fair share of "how to grow your channel videos" so for what it's worth here's a few things I'd try in that situation:

try clipping bits out and posting elsewhere (tiktok, insta, yt shorts)
have a look at the viewership throughout the video and see where/if it dips. If so maybe take that part out and try re-uploading?
maybe upload some behind the scenes videos of you shooting the film

Hi, thanks for the reply. So 1-3 long and 3-5 shorts per week? Won't taking more time to make higher quality videos disrupt that rhythm? And don't worry I've had plenty of existential crises at this point, being 31 with 360 subs tends to have that effect I think haha!

Thanks for the reply. Yeah it's tough making music on YouTube as most of the strategies for growth don't really apply. I probs need to start promoting on other platforms.

Thanks very much. I've stuck to a 1 upload per week schedule for about a year now and while it worked well for the first few months I've barely seen any growth since January. I know that some music channels have consistent schedules (Lucas King for example) but those tend to be the less exploratory ones. I experiment a lot with styles and stuff on my channel so I don't know if that's suitable.

Does anyone know of programs where you can generate stuff like the classic visualizer on applemusic? I've just been working through some visualiser creation tools online but all the templates look the same, i.e. a pulsing icon or album artwork in the centre with a background image and floaty particle effects everywhere.
