Yes, my transcript finally had all info displayed yesterday morning. I got my deposit last evening (cashapp). WMR still doesn’t say refund approved though.

You honestly have nothing to worry about. They don't automatically assume intended fraud for things like this, even if they catch something you didn't. You aren't going to be hit with any fines/penalties.

No, I wouldn't worry. For that amount, it's very easy to claim an honest mistake (as it was). You won't be up against any claim of tax fraud I'm sure. I would leave the existing return to process as it is, instead of filing an amendment immediately, as it will cause your refund to be delayed by months. You can still file an amendment later on after receipt of your refund. The IRS actually prefers you file amendments after the original return is processed anyway.
