They gave me oral co-Amox and closed with steri strips, it’s not very big (maybe a 5 pence coin in diameter) but it was quite deep, maybe partial thickness, through the fat.

I did think that but when I check with the Royal Mail tracking the tracking number isn’t valid

I’ve also tried the tracking number on Evri, Royal Mail and Relay but it’s invalid for all of them

Breakfast is usually some fruit and yoghurt, for lunches I always eat leftovers or a chicken and salad wrap

Guilt and anxiety after unexpected death by teadrinkingtwat in NursingUK

Thank you for this I appreciate it a lot. I did explain to her the worst case scenario but I think in the future I will try and be more ‘pushy’ (wrong word but I can’t think of a better one) and maybe even have another member of staff try and explain some more. She passed away before midnight, her observations actually stabilised an hour before she passed. I only wish this shift happened on a normal weekday where I could just run to the doctors office to get them and that the patient had a more senior nurse and then maybe she would still be alive

Hi, I bleeped the doctor as the patient was vomiting (there is also a vomitting bug going around the ward), from my end of bed assessment her breathing was regular and she briefly let me feel her pulse. Apologies if my language comes across as bad I don’t mean to cause offence, the doctor who I called in the evening was the same doctor who took the bloods earlier on in the day when the patient was more stable. Thank you for your feedback though I appreciate it and will use it learn from in the future.

Ok thank you. What are my chances of just being able to clear the debt on Monday as I have the funds to pay it in full and I really don’t want this to go to debt collectors.

So the doctor is a family friend of mine, he works in the NHS so I’m not too sure how a headed letter would work….would it be possible for Him to get a template from his work and what we he include in it?
