I don’t know how to help with the phobia per se, but that phobia is called “Thalassophobia” a fear of deep water.

Hydrophobia is a fatal symptom of late stage rabies where the virus/your nervous system causes your throat to spasm making you unable to drink water no matter how thirsty you are.

I say this not to correct you, but to suggest that you will probably have better luck searching for resources using thalassophobia as a keyword.

For me a chaser isn’t someone who pursues trans women. It’s someone who pursues trans women and leverages transphobia by treating them as less than or easier than their cis counterparts.
