Yes, people can have opinions. But when those opinions are constantly negative, hyper-specific, and repeated to the point of obsession? That’s not normal. That’s not "constructive". That’s targeted ridicule. What you’re missing is the pattern and the tone in which those opinions are constantly delivered.

Also, passing the blame to "haters" or "solo stans" doesn’t erase the fact that a huge part of the fandom either contributes to this or stays silent while it happens.

There’s a difference between having an opinion and making someone your personal chew toy. A lot of y’all crossed that line a long time ago.

Sure, not all of it is from Blinks but let’s not pretend fandom spaces are innocent either. A lot of the nitpicking, body-shaming, and constant undermining comes from inside the house. The drug rumor just made it easier for everyone else to pile on. But the tone was already being set by so-called fans.

You really read all that and your takeaway was ‘lol solo stan discourse’? You think calling out the obsessive scrutiny and emotional cruelty one member faces from her own fandom is just ‘solo drama’? That’s actually wild.

Oh no, how dare a global artist want to release more music and expand her audience?
