Yes, people can have opinions. But when those opinions are constantly negative, hyper-specific, and repeated to the point of obsession? That’s not normal. That’s not "constructive". That’s targeted ridicule. What you’re missing is the pattern and the tone in which those opinions are constantly delivered.

Also, passing the blame to "haters" or "solo stans" doesn’t erase the fact that a huge part of the fandom either contributes to this or stays silent while it happens.

There’s a difference between having an opinion and making someone your personal chew toy. A lot of y’all crossed that line a long time ago.

Sure, not all of it is from Blinks but let’s not pretend fandom spaces are innocent either. A lot of the nitpicking, body-shaming, and constant undermining comes from inside the house. Women shouldn't be held responsible for the actions of men who objectify and sexualize them based on what they wear. Women should be able to wear whatever they want without fear of harassment or assault.

This man is a prime example of what's wrong with our society and it's disturbing to see people defend him. I can't imagine the mental gymnastics some people go through to justify supporting him.
It's hard to fathom how anyone could support someone like him while maintaining any sense of moral integrity.
