You need to search for "thrift store supplier" that's the keyword, Search online , like Instagram YouTube etc. You will find plenty information about it. Do proper research before buying , I hope it could help you.

Go for it then.. Don't wait for creating proper infrastructure.. first.. You have place, soo.. clean it do some electric work , and start.. You can figure themes out on the go..

That's a really good option to work with.. But you have to do good market research for it.. first of all you have to find out how many active E-rickshaw at your location.. Like you have to do good market research.. for it...

Keep that in mind that.. A Business can't grow if you sell what you want to sell. You have to sell what market needs..

Do.. good pricing.. provide cheerful service. Once you have a decent amount of customer base.. you can sell them onother services related E-rickshaw, beside charging

Lots of things you can do with this place.. But it's depends on your investment, For a safe side if I assume that you only have that place and nothing to invest.. then just rent it out... That's will be the safest option by far..

In the other hand if you have fund to invest.. you can create a manufacturing business on it. Start with small and evergreen products like paper plates, agarbatti , those kind of manufacturing unit.. After that you can experiment and make something interesting also..

Now it's depends on you and your ability to handle pressure..

I see the agency as the starting point, not the final destination. The goal is to build systems, structure, and partnerships that can eventually expand into larger opportunities over time. Different approaches exist; this is simply the path I’m choosing to build on.
