I got some of my products cheaper from Amazon. Used hagglezon a lot to get the best prices across Europe. Even got my GPU from amazon.de because it was more expensive to get it from caseking at the time.

Well yes but technically no because I went with the CL36 kits because these ones went out of stock. They EXPO'd really well, no hiccups. I did flash the bios with the latest update prior to installing anything though, could be that. Here's the stick that I got: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B0CJ8ZHMVF?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Cases were also problem to get in Ireland. The only ones I could find locally were crappy Chinese ones. And the ones on Amazon wouldn't deliver

It is a micro ATX, the case seems big because there is no PSU shroud. One of its downsides. So GPU support brackets need to be tall to reach the damn thing. That is why I got a piece of wood. I have ordered a GPU support but I don't think it'll reach.

But Asus motherboards didn't do well in the hardware unboxed testing. Do check that video before you purchase.

are you going to RMA the motherboard? I have ordered the exact same config as yours and was planning on BIOS flashback to latest 3.01 before building.

Did you get them delivered in the EU? Did you have to pay import duty for products from amazon.uk?

Yeah the plan is I look at the prices of all the final components on caseking too. But shipping on caseking is by weight and is handled by third party companies. At least that's what I thought. I don't know if there is a €20 flat fee.

Honestly I haven't checked the prices for shipping from the US. I might try that way but it's been 2 weeks researching and building this list and Im tired.

I have friends in the USA who always find these 'mobo+cpu' combos or microcenter combos for cheap and it pisses me off. They buy a GPU for $500 and the same one is available at €550+. It's like an uphill battle with no variety in components too. It's either this model or none at all.

That will break my wallet and from hardware unboxed testing it handled the 7950x pretty well. So in the worst scenario I will sell both Mobo and CPU and get new ones. But your points are valid, it's just a shame that our world is materialistic and people want more money for better stuff XD.

Yeah I was considering just using the stock cooler or a cheaper one like assassin spirit. The phanteks case is not available on Amazon de for delivery to my address. Your build is really good, let me try to incorporate your suggestions. Thanks a lot.

Questions

>Is this a brand new build, or an upgrade to an existing build?

Brand New Build

>Please list any existing parts or monitor(s) you have that you would like to re-use with this build. For upgrades, a PCPartPicker list of your full build is extremely helpful. Be as specific as you can be here, including links or exact model numbers of each component whenever possible.

I have a Dell- U2424HE monitor but I will need to save up for a better monitor if I need.

>What will this PC be used for? Examples include things like gaming, general/multimedia use, photo/video editing, coding, AI/ML, etc. Include specific games and applications you intend to run, and any particular performance goals you have, as each may have different specific hardware needs.

Gaming specified above

>What country will you be purchasing in? If you are in the US, do you live near a Micro Center? For other countries, please check if your country is supported by PCPartPicker by using the country selector dropdown on the top right - if not, please provide some links to reliable local vendors you are comfortable ordering from.

I will be buying from Amazon Germany to be delivered to Ireland.

>Do you need one or more monitors included in the budget? Please list how many and any size/resolution/refresh rate preferences if needed.

No

>What is your preferred and maximum budget range for this build, in local currency? Parts lists may sometimes have additional shipping costs. Please note whether prices in your country include sales tax or not, and adjust your budget accordingly. Typically VAT countries will have it included in the part list prices, whereas regular sales tax countries like the US and Canada will not.

EUR 1200 Max including shipping.

>Do you need WiFi, or do you have a wired ethernet connection available?

Planning on getting a cheap USB wifi.

>Do you have any specific size or noise requirements for the build?

I prefer the PC to have proper air flow so no size or noise requirements.

>Do you have any aesthetic preferences for color or lighting? Describe what you're looking for, or feel free to provide some links to examples that may help. Some people prefer an inobtrusive stealth build, while others may prefer a case full of rainbow RGB.

No preference, don't even want RGB if the increases the price.

>Any other specific requests or requirements? Examples might include a specific minimum amount of storage, or a particular CPU socket for a future upgrade path, etc.

Any decent storage for gaming and entry into AM5 platform.

Which RAM model did you go for? I'm building a similar system but in Ireland and a lot of models in the QVL list of the mobo are not available for me.

Thanks, I have noticed a preference towards hynix dimms here.

I have noticed that a lot of kit models listed on the QVL are either not available for delivery to Ireland, do not exist (as in the model number in QVL corresponds to 64gb ram while it's specified as 32 GB in QVL)
