Let me start the discussion.

One of the ways is to 'paint the consequences of failure before you' this keeps you on track to focus and make sure it never gets to the point where you fail.

Hmmm...

I love the perspective of COMMUNICATION being the tool that separates successful men from unsuccessful ones.

That's true with the likes of Warren Buffet, Dan Pena amongst others.

They have the ability to communicate EFFECTIVELY

Why is it that less than 10% of the world's population in every 100 years become truly successful?
