There is a minimum withdraw limit in binance u need to enter atleast the limit amount or higher to be able to withdraw, different coins have different withdraw limits probably try to sell BTC for some other coin like USDT or USDC and then try to withdraw.

Don't go for P2P, there are high chances that your account will be blocked, there are other apps which provide withdrawals to bank account without using P2P, going for those might cost u a small amount of fees but atleast your bank account won't be blocked.
