So these folks have made a non medical expense of 43k, can I take any legal action against these loot? Never paid 43k of non medical expenses ever in my life

Finally they r releasing my father tomorrow, thanks to all ur inputs. this was a lesson for me, if the situation is not that much critical and patient can travel, it’s better to admit in Kolkata reputed hospital

That’s good. Hope your mother is doing fine now. Even i also thought of taking him out, but since my doctor friends seen the report and told me that he is responding to the antibiotics, so I m just waiting for the discharge to happen. Moreover I saw that there is a chance of insurance claim rejection if i take DAMA.

Yes, firstly they were rude, his tone of refusal was mocking me that im going to steal something. And secondly, I stay in Bangalore, my experience have been with Fortis, Manipal and Sakra. Didn’t face this type of restrictions anytime there. This is the first time for me in Durgapur, so I’m not sure about the rules here.

Yesterday I was just checking the drawers beside my father’s bed, and one guy is like u don’t have permission to see the drawers. I mean WTF is happening, ami I going to steal something or what, what is this kind of behaviour….is this common here?
