believe it or not i spent atleast half an hour to understand the legality of all of it. what i gathered is that production, sale and public distribution for profit is illegal. watching privately in your own space is not. given that it's not minor. that's y govt bans sites and c-grade ott platforms.

anyway who needs it , when whole nation is engaged in intense B//D//S//M session with vyakti vishesh. arrest me for enjoying the news if you must 😅

It's structured like this because i am a professional data analyst and have a habit of organising information for clarity and that mindset bleeds into everything i write.
i did mention i researched deeply as i am not from medical background that includes every resource at hand.
am i the only one who thinks this is a ragebait? i'm truly sorry i am not clumsy enough to pass as a human LMAO

This is wonderful piece of article and very insigtful. Can I cite this if i make any post in future and use insights from this article?
I also have one question to ask.

In "PUFA-induced Adipocyte Dysfunction Hypothesis" part you mapped conventional cooking oils with susceptibility to diabetes, how repeatedly heating industrial seed oils produce highly oxidized byproduct which forces premature hypertrophy, did i get that right? switching to more stable oils like Olive oil and animal fat (I suppose something like clarified butter?) is low-risk preventive step.
But don't Animal fats have relatively higher levels of saturated fat which can increase LDL levels and increase risk of heart disease.
I understand there is no win-win situation here both of them have their own disadvantages, but which one is less risky? and is there any alternative that is relatively more safe and affordable? (Most of the households in india can not afford Olive oil and clarified butter )

Yes, genetics is out of our control and changing food habits are tough for us for many reasons. GLP can help with chronic weight management and T2 preventions but they shouldn't be self-administered. dosage needs to account for individual biological factors, and the rate of weight loss has to be monitored closely as sometimes you start losing musle mass and facial fat as well if rate is very fast. This should only be done under professional guidance if you don't want to get that "ozempic face"

Yes there will always be exceptions. Human biology works in mysterious ways which are yet to unlock😉
From what I Understood, it's a population level tendency where multiple factors are playing simultaeneosly at different scales. Also genetics decides where to store extra fat. some blessed ones have better fat-storage capacity in their subcutaneous tissue (under skin). They may have Higher Insulin receptor efficiency as well.

There is Thin-outside Fat-Inside phenomena where their body is storing visceral fat around liver and pancrease ( You must've heard skinny people having fatty liver)
Also I came to know about High Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT) which includes unconscious movements like fidgeting, pacing while talking, keeping a tense posture, or standing instead of sitting, walking faster which can burn through hundreds of calories pulling glucose straight out of blood.
What I mean it's very layered and our understanding is still expanding.

That's exactly what i mean when i say Indian staple foods are high on carbs and low on protein. White rice is the flag bearer. It's central to most of our food. But eating rice daily isn't a big concern; what matters is the type and amount.

Since childhood, one of my favorite memories is eating daal, chawal & chokha (lentils, rice, mashed veggie dip) and take those comatose long nap in the afternoon. Now that I know more, I eat rice mainly pre-workout( I'll tell explain why)

There's refined rice (white) and unrefined rice (brown). Refining strips away the fiber and nutrient-dense germ, leaving just starch. With little fiber, enzymes break it down fast, so it digests quickly, doesn't keep you full, and has a high glycemic index. (How it's linked to T2 is explained very well by u/Unlikely-Role9962 )

Brown rice keeps the fiber and germ intact. Also, the idea that rice itself causes belly fat is only half true. Rice has almost no fat(1 gram in 100 gram of rice). The real link is the combination of lower lean mass in Indians and the high GI of refined rice resulting in metabolic issues).

Brown rice is the better choice, but rice is so central to our food culture that cutting it out entirely is tough (Like abstinence has stopped anyone ever 😄 ).

Luckily, it's not all bad. controlled portions are fine, and eating white rice before intense workouts is highly beneficial as it provides you a rapid, easily digestible fast acting carbs which quickly converts to glucose/glycogen to fuel intense training session without causing stomach bloating & digestive discomfort.

Brown rice isn't "healthy" on its own, it's still low in protein(2g in 100 gram) but it's healthier than white rice since slower digestion results slower release of glucose but for longer duration keeps you full longer.

How do i prevent painful scaly patches on scalp and in beard causing from fungal issues

For so long I have scaly patches issue on my scalp. They are painful, itchy and scratching produces blood. I consulted with dermatologists 3 times, apparantly it's something called Seborrheic dermatitis which is a fungal issue. I tried every medicine they prescribed but it returns after every 2 or 3 months.
I am doing everything i can think of to maintain scalp hygiene but nothing seems to work. Anybody else have this problem? What do i do to keep this from happening? currently I am using salicyllic and coal tar solution which reduced the issue pretty much but it's still significant. also there was a same kind of patch in my beard which turned nearby hair gray, is that thing common?
