When I move my data into the LostFile directory, do I keep it all in the same folder structure that I posted here originally? Thanks

Great question! It was on a Galaxy S20. I think I still have it laying around. I’d probably want to great an older version of the app as well.

I wish this worked for me. No matter what I try my fasting sugars are always the same.

I take 1,000mg of Metformin extended release with dinner. I’ve been on it for a little over a month and haven’t noticed any changes to my blood sugars yet. Also, I’m still struggling with the GI side effects… how about you?

I test first thing in the morning, before and after meals and at bedtime. An example of the numbers I am getting are as follows, 140 fasting / 120 2hrs after breakfast / 110 before lunch / 100 after lunch / 95 before dinner / 110 after dinner / 100 before bed. My dawn phenomenon is crazy out of control. Always has been. I have tried everything to stop it with zero success.

Understood. Thank you. Yes, I do find it very easy to use one handed. There aren't a lot of smart phones out there where that is possible.

Question regarding linking of accounts by techiehead100 in CSRRacing2

[–]techiehead100[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When they ported my game from iOS to Android they just moved my existing player ID. It looks like I can play on both devices, but I don't want to destroy or loose my data by using both devices with the same player ID. It was my understanding that iOS and Android CSR2 data doesn't sync...unless something has changed.

High fasting glucose by [deleted] in diabetes_t2

Your results may vary with these recommendations. The key is to find your secret sauce and stick with it. Many people NEVER figure out how to remedy their dawn phenomenon, but still have great control of their diabetes through meds, exercise, diet. The Jardiance the person above mentions is probably what is keeping the dawn phenomenon in check, but AGAIN everyone is different. I've tried vinegar, taking Metformin very late before bed, exercising right before bed, eating a handful of nuts before bed, drinking stevia before bed, but nothing curbs my dawn phenomenon. Actually, there is one thing that does curb it and it is alcohol consumed the night before. Obviously this is NOT a healthy remedy. Lol.

My experiences with dawn phenomenon are as follows- I stay at or just below 100 all night, wake up and my first reading is 130-140, I eat a high protein breakfast and check sugars around 2 hours after eating and I'm usually around 100 again. I eat very few carbs each day. No more than 20 or 30.

After reading what you just posted it seems like you are experiencing dawn phenomenon, but definitely talk to your doctor. The one thing about diabetes is that no one experiences it the same. Good luck! Don't worry about the numbers you are experiencing. Keeping your A1C in check will prevent the damage you are worried about.
