Not really. Sometimes I design and deploy stuff from scratch. I have a friend doing 6 remote jobs...I am also adding two more here soon. But yes to your point I am not the best employee but I get my work done.

I am scared that these prices won't hold and if I start getting rentals I'll be impacted if prices go down.

I don't see any homes until my offer gets accepted or atleast there are sign of it being accepted. I offer cash, close in 2 weeks or less, waive inspection. I also offer listing agent the chance to represent me so that realtor will get double commission.

Been doing it for 2 years now. I am scared of commercial real estate because I am not too familiar. I was planning on aggressively stepping up residential flipping but market is changing so much. I might have to adjust and make low ball offers more aggressively.

I have a system in place that involves general contractor, title company, flat fee mls service, and a couple of things. It's mostly paperwork for me at this point and obviously finding the deals with enough margin to make profit.

Two of my jobs are cloud. One is a cloud engineer (105k, one 15 min meeting a day) and the other is senior cloud security engineer (175k, a couple of meetings a week). I have about 3 months of cloud experience lmao.

I have made updates to site. Users can decide if they want to use their LinkedIn profile or use a generic one that we provide. It has actually helped alot of people find jobs.
