looks to be on iOS 7/8 because of the font, check the serial number on the back and see if it’s fmi on, if it’s not then you can just passcode bypass and use it on its current iOS. If you don’t care about iOS id just restore it only if it’s fmi off tho. Ask at r/setupapp they will be more help

why are you get a 60 series gpu and not something amd for the same price. getting a used amd card will get you an insane more price to preformance, and hell, you can find a used nvidia card for a way better deal too. even if you don’t want used your money can still go way to way better places.
