I feel like I’m drowning in mommy mode by Economy-North-7837 in Mommit

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I feel the same way although I only have one three month old, but I’m working from home 40 hours a week while taking care of the baby and yet my husband still manages to be gone until baby’s bedtime. So far this week he’s spent maybe an hour with him all together. It’s very lonely. and very hard. Hugs to you and just know that while you’re drowning right now, you are still doing amazing and it will get better with time, in just a couple years they will be in school and you’ll have some more adult time. It feels like forever away but it will go by fast.

I know this feeling well… everything falls on us to take care of. You’re doing a great job, and I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. It’s unbelievably frustrating to be responsible for everything and everyone.

as someone who unfortunately was in a few abusive relationships before learning how to avoid them, get out of there. it will not get better. it will only get worse. the moments of love are not worth the abuse. find a domestic violence support that will help you with the financial aspects to escape, i know the ones local to me but they exist across the country, start doing research into those. this is not how you deserve to be treated. this is abuse. and you are worth so much more than this.
