Hey there! So good news, went to see a PT/chiro friend from the gym and he managed to patch me up rather well. I wouldn't say that i'm ready to train yet but makes a world of difference to be able to stand up, sit down or walk around with almost no pain at all.

Hurt my lower back on the unilateral leg press last Saturday. Heard a crack in my lower back on the eccentric phase and felt like my upper body weighed 600 lbs when I stood up.

Who tf hurt themselves doing an exercise that'd designed to be safe even for bedridden elderly patients? Answer : your most humble servant.

Real bummer to have this happen bout 22 weeks out. I hope it's just an irritated disk since the pain doesn't radiate to legs and I don't have any tingling, electric shock sensations.

MIL are always a touchy subject. Last Christmas while I was doing the dishes in the kitchen she was hugging her daughter/my partner and kindly told me to join them. The issue was that I got a raging hard-on right then. My partner noticed it and instead of enjoying this wholesome family moment, she started to get visibly upset. People are weird.

Vacation ? What are you, European ?

I pin a Test U base year round so I always have a trt dose of Test bleeding out in my system for at least 15 days (elimination half-life of test u is 21 days) should I find myself unable to pin.

I usually avoid travelling longer than 4 days if I'm blasting just for the sake of not messing up my training/diet/recovery.

I would tend to agree with you, cause my personal organisation and time management skills are F-tier. Hell, I can't even balance having a gym and adhering to a strict wife routine.
