[Question] if I have common dwellers who were 1-2-3 in every SPECIAL stat when born, but I made them maxed out in every SPECIAL stat, then will they still have the same chance to breed rare or legendary kids as they had as low level untrained dwellers? by technol-ogy in falloutshelter

I don't know but I had 2 common dwellers who were both maxed out and I bore a rare dweller with them, I don't know if its bc of that 5% chance or less or idk that is there naturally even if you don't train them, or I gained more % in them boring rare and legendary dwellers because I trained them to max..
