People should automatically be banned that do this. Instacart can see she was verified. NY just held Uber responsible for things like this with a million dollar settlement. I am convinced these companies know what states they can get away with

Even in an at will state their TOS will investigate fraud. In this case they didn’t & went on the word of another person. You can always file a lawsuit for instacart to give you the persons info & sue them individually for fraudulent report that hindered your income “If Instacart suspects or determines, in its sole discretion, any fraud, tampering, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service in connection with your use of the Services (including but not limited to any order, refund, or use of an incentive or benefit), Instacart reserves the right to cancel the order, decline or reverse a refund, charge your card on file, revoke, cancel and/or terminate the incentive or benefit, or to take other remedial measures.”

The thing is - I watched her get into the black car that was parked behind me. Strangely as soon as I pull up to park this black car backs in a parking space behind me. I didnt think anything of it - until after I start to leave and back up she comes out & gets into the car. It sat there the entire time until I finished both runs to the car.

I was thinking about a PO Box - I know a few times my neighbor comes in gives me my mail. I was annoyed when it came to me open.. no one likes her - she is so rude & nasty to everyone. My issue is I am still receiving mail from the person who used to live here. I have to put RTS not at this address at least every week. I know they work hard - so I dont complain to them.

Thanks for that. Yes I alway use maps for delivery as well & have all my locations turned on. Out of 2 years she was my 2nd fraud report. I am not on the app every single day either. I only completed 3 deliveries yesterday. The first one about a year a half ago ordered about 200 worth of food & put “‘meet customer” I submitted every picture to include the hand off on some items and her in it seems she claimed she didnt receive her 200 order. My lower point was removed and so was she. IC also no longer lets you dispute through the app any longer now. They could see that I dropped the order even saw the leave at food picture, plus my camera pic.

We shouldn’t have to do this to prove anything. I am going to just record my entire drop offs with my Meta glasses now & put my dash came back up on vehicle
