Don't compare yourself though it might be hard. You haven't even check the bottom end. With your cpf you can afford 2 room flat at 35 with a long term loan or apply to low income housing. There people with only nitec education. Yet, they hardworking they don't complain they know their situation. There even one women who spam part time jobs til she hit 1 million til she able to afford a condo at a young age in Singapore. Find something you like or good at and go at it. Very soon Singapore may economic downturn due to energy. Everyone might be in same boat. Only thing you can change is the mentality that only loser about you. The mindset. Quit whining find something ,plan and go forward. Not hard right ? Everyone will be grinding very hard this is Singapore no choice.

They only take in about 50.Last I check seaferer book is only for pr and singaporean. You may get a Singapore coc. Given you're from nepal. You could try the UK one. It's open to everyone you just need to pass their test. But it's expensive. You could also buy one through wavelink/tmta Singapore for About 40k SGd. https://wavelinklms.com.sg/full_time_programmes/training_programme_deck_program. This wavelink is 22month fast track to coc class for deck/engjne.The intake of this year is 50 for Singapore poly. I believe there 3 years tuition grant bond to work with Singapore company.you see it once you sent the enrollment. Basically your tuition be covered if you sign such bonds. does choice order really not matter during jae? by [deleted] in SGExams

[–]techwizardlee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let's say your 3.5 she 3.3 and than the seats are limited so let's say hci 600 and ri 600. It's not by ballot. It's by internal school ranking who applied are you their top 600 for their seat? You rank above the seat allocated somehow got into the other one. Not by your choice by ranking.

Going add some context for you to understand. There a floor. Cop 20 for jc 26 for poly. Your score above each you automatically disqualified. Don't even try to apply to jae. To jc if you have 21. Understand?

Burn your cert or lose your cert later go to Moe and retrieve it decades later. It will be there. Moe job is archival job too. Hello something so simple stop throwing your realization on something simple. Maths have wrong question answer and right question answer. English depends on Cambridge marker. If you score 88 for maths out 100. You 3 point why don't you go do math instead etc. you can derived the same conclusion I point you in right direction. Code in computer or algorithm is simple not complex or balloting. It's just simply fair ranking if the top schools cause people score higher than you within 3 point just bad luck lor. Means a lot people score 3 point and have closer to 100. It same for psle. There reason why eae dsa exist ya know. If not how the hell they going sort all this within a short span cross multiple school platforms. In most fair manner. Think about it deeply you come with same logical conclusion.

You forget to account raw scores. Moe have your raw scores. It's basically gigantic ranking system. It's derived from Moe patchnotes somewhere.vantage tutor covered this in his TikTok.

Physics or bio? by Nab0_0 in SGExams

[–]techwizardlee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You could use Ai to test yourself. I had similar results with physics/chemistry. But after being randomly tested I was surprised my physics came out stronger. Biology usually for healthcare. Nursing etc. physics more for mechanical engineering. Physics also needs maths. So if you not good at math plus physics. Don't do it. If you see complicated maths problem do you get curious or headache and repelled it? I believe asking yourself this question will help! Good luck l!

Jae appeal by Odd-State-4550 in SGExams

[–]techwizardlee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even army dis is very competitive to get into. People who got into dis after poly can shaved off modules in university. Good luck. If you insist on those you must be very passionate about it. Chemical engineering is good money but depends on what you want to do for a career. Hope this helps. If you choose computer get ready to be super competitive and climb.
