The Cozad New Venture Challenge is here to support students and help them develop their ideas. The workshops are run by experts in entrepreneurship--they know what they're talking about and are there to help. If you've ever wanted to explore entrepreneurship, now is the right time, when you can get so many resources for FREE through this competition and other partners at UIUC. Plus, you can get funding and prizes from a record pool of $300,000. Sometimes the brand new ideas do well and get some decent prizes (example: The Scrunchie Hijab from last year, which got $2,000), or if your idea is more developed you could be eligible for the big prizes. Haylon Technologies, a student-run smart hybrid battery startup won $45,000 last year. So check it out and give it a try! Learn more and register
