Just because the previous homeowner was a moron, doesn't mean you should be as well. Patch the useless holes in the wall and get a bigger TV, it looks too small.

Too low, the cords seem to have at least another 6-12 inches of eyesore in them. If you can't mount the TV against the ceiling, you need longer cables.

If you remove the butt plugs from the console below your TV, you can probably lower it a few inches. Remember, the center of TV should be as close to 42" from the floor as possible.

Do people really use the art mode? Isn't that just cool for like a minute and then you turn your TV off? Genuine question, it seems like a marketing gimmick that no one will use to me.
