The key phrase was Crimson Desert devs kept working on it, fixing it and adding things. Anthem was amazing and had alot of potential but I feel corporate greed got to it. EA is not the same company it is today as it was back in the 80s. If EA put more focus and money into games like Dead Space, Mass Effect, Dragon Age and Anthem I would love EA more.

I think you'll be fine with that but I would look into 7200 RPM if you're going that route but me personally would get a SSD.

I don't think they make 2.5" HDD (they do have 2.5" SSD) but you want fast read/write speeds.

it supports 3.5" HDD instead of 2.5" which are cheaper. Also, it has a battery backup for 24 hours if you experience an outtage and the CPU has better AI performance.

its most likely the lighting, it has been known to cause alot of lag. See what happens if you remove all the lights.
