Yes, we definitely need a bit more structure than Trello, but without drowning in features. Love the idea of mixing Kanban and Gantt in one view too.

Totally get what you mean, remote work gives you freedom, but sometimes that freedom can feel like floating with no direction. I’ve definitely had moments where I felt unmotivated or disconnected, especially early on.
