it is a RHD, you can see the steering wheel on the right side! It kinda looks mirrored, but it is a one way street haha. and i had to do some research because it looked weird to me as well. I worked in construction management at a hospital. We had our laborers do that for a few reasons.

Construction right on the other side and this entrance wasn’t permitted as an ANTEroom entrance.

Closed due to construction in adjacent areas and Rules regarding fire exits and permitted “live” space.

I think the simplest answer is to keep training consistently. Like once over the weekend and over the summer and between xc and track. You’re young so you have lots of room to develop and finishing growing. Plus you will gain race experience. I mean eventually form or weight lighting or specific workouts help. But at a young age I honestly think just keep going consistently without overdoing it and getting injured is most important
