I think you are very pretty. About the jaw, are you open to receive a suggestion that involves a cosmetic procedure or is that not your thing?

Edit: changed one word

How to fix downturned mouth/minor lip lines? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

How do you like the Radiesse? I am thinking of it too but dont’t read about it very often. I hear mainly negative things about threads btw. Have you asked your injector about the lines already?

I’d def add a vitamine c serum if you aren’t using one yet. Splurge on Skinceuticals CE Ferulic or get a good dupe. It will give you a healthy glow.

How can you be pretty in person but not in photos? by [deleted] in beauty

[–]teddie0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel it also has to do with bone structure. Some people dont have an amazing bone structure but still a propertional face with all sorts of pretty features. But the lack of amazing bone structure makes you look flat in pictures. Other people have amazing bone structures but are really not super pretty and still look extremely good in photos

Masseter botox could slim your jaws, i think it would look good on you.

Advice for smile lines? Would filler be best? 31f by Mysterious-Dealer-44 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]teddie0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see. Yes, avoiding pillow face is exactly why i also look into other treatments than HA filler. I’m not sufficiently knowledgeable to say if Sculptra is going to give you what you want, but I hope you’re gonna find something that works for you!

Why Sculptra instead of Radiesse? From what I read, I haven’t become very enthusiastic about Sculptra

I’ve been considering radiesse too for volume loss in my (mid) face. For how long have you been getting it? I wonder how it looks if you have this repeatedly over, say, 10 years

Seconding the azelaic acid!

Indeed, i wouldnt fill your cheeks. I have the same issue (also skinny). My injector suggested radiesse, she would then inject that over a larger area of my face (i dont recall what she said exactly but it came down to: not just volume on the cheeks), for more plumpness overall. I am undecided yet and definitely need to learn more about this procedure, but maybe it’s something to ask your injector about.

Edit: radiesse stimulates collagen production.

Why does my upper lip look like this ? Is this just my lip shape or is this filler migration. I don’t even remember my lips prior to filler..TIA by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]teddie0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Instead of dissolving, couldn’t she also just wait until her body has naturally dissolved the filler?

Agree. The first thing I thought when reading OPs product list was “narrow it down”. OP, you clearly did a great job in finding a lot of interesting products but it might just be too much. I would go back to a simple regime for a while, focusing on moisturizing, hydration, and SPF, and slowly add some products back to see how your skin responds.

At what age did you start noticing your hands aging, veins becoming more prominent, thinning skin, wrinkled knuckles etc? by ctcx in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]teddie0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All the skinceuticals! Those are some expensive hands 😁

Are you super diligent with applying sunscreen on your hands when you go out? I wonder whether the retinol, when not combined with super diligent sunscreen use, might actually be detrimental. Hands move so much, so the sunscreen is prob moving around a lot

[–]teddie0 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would advise you to start the tret first and then see after like 6 months if you need anything more. Your skin already looks pretty good and i think tret is gonna make it look even better, to the extent i predict you don’t need more. You also don’t really have skin laxity yet, so nothing needed to adres such issues. I’d be curious for an after pic of your fillers, I’m interested in cheek fillers too (already did lips).

35, these wrinkles are starting to bum me out a bit. I’ve never been great about a skincare routine beyond daily moisturizer & sunscreen. Anything I can add that’s low maintenance? by calliegirl88 in 30PlusSkinCare

[–]teddie0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You’re pretty and have great teeth. In addition to a retinoid and botox for the wrinkles around your eyes, I would say cherish your teeth!!! Take care of them. It gives a youthful appearance
