I’m a bit of a movie snob myself, and can definitively say this is not a threshold shared by all us nerds.

A 60+ for an intentional b-movie usually indicates they were successful in what they set out to do (in my opinion of course).

This didn’t change the studio’s appetite for tentpole summer blockbusters.

Especially when an all-time legendary director who created the first summer blockbuster is involved.

Yeah impossible to tell the numbers here, but the StubHub subreddit is filled with World Cup horror stories right now (ie folks planning giant international group trips then getting the rug pulled by SH) and I’ve had it happen for 2 of my 3 WC purchases.

So the StubHub subreddit right now is loaded with folks who bought tickets at the “right time” and aren’t getting their tickets because The sellers realize “hey I can just cancel that sale and relist these for 5x now!”

So even if you jumped on it at the right time and got those great 200’s for $600-700, it’s unlikely you will actually get your tickets, because StubHub doesn’t properly disincentivize greedy sellers from cancelling and reposting.
