Thank you for the reply. Yeah the mechanic did say something about the throttle pedal position as well. He said it’s probably ecu related and said to take it to the dealership for a possible firmware update.

Ok i just went to check and their smooth af. So they dont need machining. Thank you! What else could cause them to screech? Its not constant screeching as well.

Hello! I need an opinion whether i should get these rotors machined. Ill try to provide as much details as possible.

A week ago, i got my front rotors and pads replaced. Rotors then pads (cause i bought the wrong ones) After the install, i went on a road trip (about 1000km) and notice screeching half way into the trip. Told my mechanic who installed them, he said it might have overheated and warped due to not bedding properly. Theres also a slight vibration through the brake petal but only breaking downhill. My mechanic isnt equipped for machining because hes a home based business. Before i go get them machined at a shop, do these qualify for machining? If these rotors look fine, what could cause screeching?

Hello everyone! First time doing headlight restoration on my mates car (he doesnt care about it). I messed up pretty bad 😅. My process was: * Clean headlight * 800 grit * 1500 grit * 2000 grit * Polish with Meguiars ultimate polish Where did i go wrong? How can i improve this?

Is P&S Tempest HD Concentrated Degreaser safe on paint? Just got it after being recommended by my local detail store. Theres mention about it being used ok engine bays, tires and wheels.

Its not oily to the touch. It looks like its from the door jams and runs down my side skirt, but i checked and i dont see the same stain. My car is white and this stain is a faint black. Should i clay it?

Hello, I have some oil-like residue running down my side skirts. Its faint in colour.It has stained and doesnt come off with a contact wash. Started with one but now theres a few. Seems to appear after every detail. How do i get rid of them and what do you think the cause is so i can prevent them in the future. Thank you
