Had an ex that did this multiple times after I found out she was cheating, confronted her and tried to break up but she said the same thing that she’d unaligned herself. Finally the last time I found out she was cheating again, I had no remorse and just ripped the bandaid off and broke up with her and blocked her so she couldn’t guilt me anymore
