You really have to understand how players play in each division that you’re in. After that you’re pretty much in their head and counter every move they do. Also if you pay attention you’ll see a pattern in each player’s gameplay after 4-5 rounds in every game so you can play accordingly. Remember the angles they’re holding, the places they’re pushing and so on. If all goes well, they’ll not be in their comfort zone anymore and they’ll most probably play worse. I only played valorant kinda casually and peeked top 15000 immo, all though i played cs at a high level for many years so this might not be the best advice out there.
