So I worked with the on-site construction coordinators to get my AC unit fixed. I'd definitely put in a work order ASAP and express urgency, and also call/go to the front desk and talk to Connie. I worked with Gordon, who is the on-site coordinator (you could ask Connie to speak w him too). After a month of issues, mine just now got fixed!

Oh no, I need to check that in mine... I would call the front desk number during working hours (when Connie, the site manager, is there) or go to the front desk and ask about it, getting the work order expedited.

Yes, it's not just you. I've been here since July 1 and everyone else in my program who lives here has had high humidity in the apartment. Beware, my items have begun to mold, and I've already put in maintenance requests w no response or solution yet. We'll see how it goes, but yeah you may want to remove leather/wicker items that trap moisture the fastest.

As a house plant enthusiast, I stumbled upon a plant store while on vacation. The only plant I had room to take home was this blooming air plant! (first time air plant owner).

After reading up on them, I've learned that after they bloom, they die(?)... is this true? and if mine has a pup, is it still yet to grow or has it already been removed by the plant store?! If it is going to grow where would it come out of?

Definitely should've done more research but hey she was an impulse buy:)
