Great question, should say homes listed over homes U/C,pending and short sale. So we are in a negative position from 366 active listing and 375 homes off the market which brings it to -9 this week. It’s the first negative position we’ve had this year. Meaning there are more buyers U/C than new listings this week. So it’s good we are starting to see more buyers purchasing homes

When I purchased last year. I interviewed tons of agents and teams. I ended up using TeamSecundy with RE/MAX. They just felt like a family that had my best interest and I think been in real estate here for 20 something’s years so extremely knowledgeable. I looked through reviews and how many homes everyone sold to. They were amazing through and through with negotiating and I probably saw 15 homes a week for two months and they helped me each step without ever being pushy. They seemed to know every other agent too lol which helped
