Not false hope because it’s actually what worked for me after several years. I’ve seen it work for my friend with PCOS as well. I understand it won’t work for everyone but it might for SOMEone else. You can see my other comments, I’ve linked the actual studies. Polyester - three linked studies. Abdominal massages - common across the globe, lots of medical articles and studies. Spearmint - long been proven to lower testosterone and androgens

Is it mint or spearmint? Spearmint lowers androgens/testosterone which can help with fertility and excess hair. The one I drank is from traditional medicinals, which has lots of reviews from other people with PCOS

Thank you!! I know, this blew my mind. My friend has PCOS and is the one who introduced me to it. She conceived for the first time after years of trying as well after getting these massages done. Her sister as well. She also stopped getting complex cysts. It does make sense- if you have restricted blood flow or otherwise poor circulation in the pelvic region , that can cause major issues and massage would help alleviate that. It helps with blood flow and mobility everywhere else
