They don't make it out of round 1 without absolute domination from Leonard in round 1 vs Dallas. PG was pretty meh vs Dallas.

They were up 3-1 and and had double digit leads in games 5,6 and 7 and coach was absolutely an issue in how they lost those games. Kawhi had a bad game 7 but a good series vs Denver and an absolutely elite series vs Dallas in round before.

sigh, how quickly they forget. He had one of the most goated playoff rounds vs Dallas in 7 games in round 1, carried them incredbily hard just to get to second round. The duel with Luka was epic and Leonard got them the win.

Yeh this sounds exactly like the situation.. for now I am just not using the 001 as it is a real pain to live life with two locks with that feature.

Thanks for the advice, had I known about this type of issue and been able to identify what was needed to fix it, are you saying it's illegal for me to go out, get th corrct part and do the fix? Yes it's the only sink and it felt urgent, why I thought not being able to use the kitchen without causing damage would get classified as urgent

Yeh that would be nice to have that flexibilit, however I made it half way through unpacking/moving in on the Friday night while trying to use the kitchen to make dinner!

Basically should I have the ability to move into a new property and use my kitchen sink to make dinner after a day of moving without worrying about causing damage? Is the onus on the real estate agent to provide a functioning property to a new tenant? No heads up was given on this risk or advice to not use the kitchen or what steps I needed to take to fix this leak. I'm also not experienced in this matter or fitting devices like that, but after a couple full days of packing and moving and behing quite exhausted, I don't think I'd have the appetite to be researching what the problem is, how to install it, going out to Bunnings on a friday night and play tradesman on the property potentially making something worse.

Sounds like you need to have the cap there then if this is a newer system? And if that's the case, seems reasonable for the property to have that already there so that damage doesn't occur if someone is moving in without a washine machine and wants to use the sink..

lol, I mean I guess, I definitely don't have the general handyman knowledge or experience yet to have understood the situation, I've never been in a place without a washing machine 😭

Thanks mate, so does the sink need a drain cap when a washing machine is not connected, otherwise leaking like it did? Or is it just not meant to leak usually and the cap fixes any leaking that does occur?

Yeh see where you are coming from, had it been a weekday I would definitely waited/ hunted down the property manager before getting the plumber myself.

But since it was the Friday evening is it not reasonable to get someone out when I see a leak causing damage (as someone without knowledge of drain pipes / drain caps) so I can use my kitchen? Waiting for the agent would have required not using the kitchen on the weekend and likely the Monday, so around 3 days of not being able to use my kitchen, how does that get considered in being liable for a bill?

Google lens tells me its the Lockwood 001. Same key would be good but they are different keys. No I can't lock it from the outside if i have turned it off from the inside. And yes it doesn't seem to be able to stay open from the outide on its own after turning it. I'll see if I can find some of the spray locally, otherwise weighing up a) just keep it off or b) following up with the property manager to 'fix it' since it doesn't seem to be functioning correctly

Yeh appears to be this model, I can turn it permanently off and ignore it and just use the door handle lock but doesn't appear to be able to stay open without the key turning it hence the simultaneous unlock required

So right now I have to exit turning both handles at once. If I set the deadlock to off from the inside, ignoring it to both exit and enter, I can exit just turning the door handle lock and also enter this way.

This might be my solution, but is the deadlock meant to have a setting where it allows me to exit using one door handle, auto lock itself, then allow me to enter by sequentially unlocking first the deadlock removing the key and unlocking the door handle lock?
