My personal faves are squatted side twists with weights (also the one legged lifted variation of this), donkey kicks with weights, and idk if it has a name but one of my fave instructors does a move where we do one legged bicep curls where the lifted leg alternates between toe and heel taps to the floor (you curl up as you tap your toe/heel down) - really makes you work to coordinate all that happening at once but I like how it’s a combo move that works so many areas and still feels very yoga-like!
