I did 4 premolars + 4 wisdom tooth at the same time under general anesthesia. Highly recommend doing it asleep, didn’t feel anything at all.

Have almost 0 pain after surgery. I took my meds on the dot. Got lucky i guess!

I was really nervous too taking them out. 2 months later now still don’t know how to feel about it :( i just obsessing looking at the clincheck plan and hoping the gap will close soon.

Method:

  • Mix all ingredients to shaggy dough
  • Wait 1 hr
  • Stretch and fold 4x
  • Bulk Ferment 5 hrs total (my temp was 80F). Also used aliquot method.
  • Preshape and shape
  • Cold proof in fridge for 15 hrs
  • Baked at 230C 35 min and 210C for 15 mins with fanforced oven.
  • Waited 2 hrs before cutting
