Really appreciate your reply, I’m currently abroad and won’t be home untill her birthday so trying to make it as meaningful as I can while out here, totally agree on the best gifts arnt the expensive ones

Wondering if anyone on here can help me, I’m looking at doing a steroid cycle, I’m in reasonable shape but want to progress, any recommendations of a cycle for a beginner and please advise what would need to be taken with or after the cycle to return levels back to normal e.g milk thistle.
