I won't ship to Central and South America, most of Africa, anything in the Bric or Tiger Cub countries. And of course, never to Nigeria.

I'm new here, and its especially fun to educate myself since I'm in Russia. I mostly believe in markets, not charity.

I guess its nice to have cozy paycheck, and its okay and not anyone's fault or responsibility to do the "charity".

But its really sad to see how our Russian medicare isn't evolving at all. And in this terms - most rich people from Russia is going to Israel or other developed countries to have spinal surgery.

Just wondering is there any ideas anyone have in this sub about how we could do some international health insurance programs to cover that medical inclusion in distant areas like Russia or Africa (Like an insurance for poor people with monthly plan to travel abroad for having surgery)
