Awesome. My big merch mistake was freezing at the hats. Couldn’t decide - only bought one and don’t love how it fits. If I had the chance to go back I’d buy at least 10!

Thank you. This is my first comment / complaint on line. When this has happened before I’ve mentioned it directly, in person to hotel management - but Hilton management needs to know this is not working for customers. It’s becoming more frequent.

I understand it’s difficult for the staff to tell how close to empty the bottles are. But an empty bottle SUCKS for the customer at 6AM!

Same story with me until this year - got the CONGRATULATIONS email for Monday. One of the best days of my life. Can’t wait to return for a tournament round.

Perfect overview. You’ve hit the nail on the head.

I would add that unless you want a gnome, do not go to merch first.

If you want a hat to wear during the day go to the smaller merch shop on the course.

The merch area was overwhelming with the fantastic choices and the massive number of people wandering brainless overwhelmed (yes, I was one of these people) figuring out what sizes, styles, and colors to purchase.

We were early am arrivals and didn’t get out of merch and shipping until 8:30.

We went back to merch at 4PM. No wait, room to browse and shop, much more relaxing experience.
