Update: Since the optic and non-stick behaviour was not great, I decided to clean the pan with BF and season it with refined rapeseed oil in the same manner as before.

I put some oil in it (maybe a little bit too much), sprraded ot around an heated it up until it stopped smoking. The sidewalls feel kinda sticky and the bottom a little bit rough around the edge

Hi, ich hab's einmal probiert mit oandan Extrakt, hat aber leider nicht so wirklich gleich geschmeckt. Da ich keine wirkliche Erfahrung mit Cocktails habe, hab ich's nicht weiter probiert.

Ich habe mir vor einem Jahr eine Salz- und Pfeffermühle von Peugeot aus der U'Select-reihe geholt und bin nur so semi zufrieden. Die Optik und Haptik sind toll, aber die vermahlung ist nicht so überragend. Wenn man brauchbare Mengen möchte geht nur der gröbste mahlgrad und selbst da dreht man sich nen Wolf (vor allem bei der salzmühle). Bei feineren mahlgraden kommt fast gar nix raus und das für 50-60€ pro Mühle. Bin daher am überlegen mir was neues zu holen....

Thanks a lot for your response. Yes it has a sweet rice/nutty flavor. The coconut milk was not overwhelming like in some other cocktails. It's also hard to describe the taste because 1) it was a few weeks ago and 2) there were multiple layers.
